1. Customization Overview

   • OEM Services: Branding (logo printing, manual customization), firmware customization, color options.
   • Lead Time: 15-30 days for OEM; 30-60 days for ODM (depending on complexity).
2. Technical Requirements for Customization
   • Hardware Customization:
     • Input/Output Ports: Modify port types (HDMI, DP, USB-C) or quantities (e.g., 8×8 → 16×16).
     • Form Factor: Customize dimensions (rack-mount, desktop, compact) for specific use cases.
     • Power Supply: PoE, external adapter, or battery-powered (for portable devices).
   • Firmware Customization:
     • Add/remove features (e.g., seamless switching, EDID management, remote control protocols).
     • Integrate third-party software (e.g., custom control apps, analytics tools).
   • Branding:
     • Logo: Provide high-resolution PNG/SVG files (minimum 300 DPI).
